Quickly create a super food breakfast with this delicious recipe. This is what you need:

- - 1 pomegranate
- - Half a mango
- - 1 tablespoon Linseed
- - 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- Carefully take the pomegranate seeds from the pomegranate
