In case you want to make use of your right to return a product within 14 days, we have a form here you can use: returns form or just contact us by phone or email.
There are some exceptions in the rules for the return of hygenic products, like tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creme's, oils and other sealed products. These products can only be returned in case they are unopened and unspoiled.

When we receive your inquiry for return, we will send you an confirmation by email. When we receive the products and the state of the products is good, then we will wire the money to you as soon as possible. The return money is comprised of the orderamount + shipping cost. The return shipping costs are for the sender in case of a normal return. When the products are not correct we will also give back the return shipping costs. The money will be no later wired than 14 days after receiving the return products.
The entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments from the consumer, including any delivery charges will be charged by the company for the returned product without delay, but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the request to return. Unless the entrepreneur offers to pickup the product. As a customer, you have the right to receive the product your ordered in a good state. In case you receive products that are not in a good enough state, you can contact us and we will send you a good product instead of the bad one. Whether you can keep the product in bad shape is different for each case. You have to inform us of a bad product within 24 hours after receiving the product. You can contact us by phone of by email. Products from which the safety packing has been broken, cannot be returned, without approval from us.
After contact with our customer service, you will receive a return form, which you can include with the return products.
In case you have received the wrong product, please let us know by email or phone, we will send you an return number of and a return address, where you can send the wrong product to. End we will make sure that you receive the right product as soon as possible.
