Raw food chocolate cake
Delicious and very simple to make! These ingredients are needed for this Raw food chocolate cake:
Preparation Raw Food chocolate pie:
- take a springform pan with a diameter of about 18 cm and fill the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
- Chop with a knife or in a food processor the hazelnuts, 150 grams dates and the coconut grater along fine until well blended.
- divide the mixture into the springform pan and press with the convex side of a (wet)spoon to the bottom.
- All ingredients for the filling need to be finely chopped, with the exception of the Chia seed. Add the water during mixing.
- If all the ingredients are mixed well you pour the mixture in a bowl
- Add the Chia seed to the mixture in the bowl and stir good.
- Pour the mixture into the springform pan and let harden in the refrigerator at least 3 hours..
- Serve cold and garnish with some Goji berries and extra coconut.
Raw food salade with broccoli
Heerlijke, frisse en gezonde salade snel te bereiden! Deze raw Foods heb je ervoor nodig:
- - 1 large brocoli
- - 6 tomatoes
- - 2 spoons of olive oil
- - 1 union
- - 4 clove garlic
- - Basil
- - Oregano
- - 1 cup of cashew nuts
- - 3 spoonsAhorn syrup
- - ¼ theelepel Celtic sea salt
- - ¼ cup of fresh pressed citrus juice
Preparation for a Raw Food salade with broccoli:
- Cut the florets off of the broccoli and the onion very finely. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and press the garlic cloves. Then add together in a large bowl.
- Then add basil, oregano and olive oil and mix everything together
- For a nice dressing, you pour the cashew nuts, olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, maple syrup, salt and lemon juice together in the blender and blend until it becomes smooth
- Pour over the salad in the bowl and garnish with some extra raw cashew nuts!
Raw carrot - ginger soup
Delicious hearty meal soup. Healthy and easy to prepare ! These Raw ingredients do you need:
- - 10 á 15 carrots
- - 2 greene apples
- - 3 avocado’s
- - 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- - Fresh parsley
Preparation of Raw Food carrot-ginger soup:
- Rinse the roots and grate untill they are clean
- Cut the apples into large pieces
- Peel the avocados
- Chop the ginger finely
- Add everything together in the blender and add a small cup of water.
- Blend into a nice, creamy and glass whole.
- You can choose to heat it slightly (not above 40 °) and serve with a sprig of parsley
