Ingredients:
Magnesiumbisglycinaat, magnesiumglycerofosfaat, valerian extract (valeriana officinalis), green tea extract (camellia sinensis), carrier substance: Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (containment: hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, dye: calcium carbonate, housing: cellulose, Antik firework medium: stearic acid, shiny medium: talk), Passiflora extract (Passiflora incarnata), lemon balm extract (melissa officinalis), carrier substances: hydroxy propyl cellulose and maltodextrine, anti-caking agents: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, melatonin, calcium-L-methylfolaat, methylcobalamine.

Use
1 tablet per day to take in a half hour before bedtime.
