Through an ingenious process of extraction and purification are the concentrated proteins of the normal level of 6% in the fresh peas up to 90% in this preparation from Lamberts. This unique process provides a protein on what strong soluble and therefore easy to digest and to take on. Lamberts has for peas as source of protein chosen because the amino acid profile of peas is excellent; it is a rich source of branched chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) and is the richest natural source of the amino acid arginine. The complex is a valuable source of protein.
