Hemp seed salad

For 2 people, you need the following ingredients:
  • - 4 hands of mixed green leafy vegetables like Arugula and spinach
  • - 2 hands fresh herbs like basil, parsley and cilantro for the enthusiast
  • - 1 hand pine nuts (Verkrijgbaar in onze webwinkel)
  • - 1 hand peeled hemp seed (Available in our online store)
  • - 1 avocado
  • - 2 tomatos
  • - 50 grams of feta
  • - 1 lemon
  • - 1 shootolive oil (Available in our online store)
  • - Pepper and salt




Preparation of hemp seed salad:

  1. Mix the leafy vegetables with herbs and spread it over 2 plates
  2. Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown
  3. Cut the avocado into small pieces and the tomatoes into cubes
  4. Spread the pine nuts, the hemp seed, avocado, diced tomatoes and feta on the leaves
  5. Mix in a bowl the lemon with oil and some salt and pepper
  6. Drizzle the salad with the dressing

Tip! Add some unburned nuts (Available in our online store) for an extra scrispy bite!

Hemp seed smoothie

ingredients:
  • - 5 eetlepels peeled hempseed (Available in our online store)
  • - 150 grams of blue berries
  • - 3 pitted dates (Available in our online store)
  • - 1 eetlepel coconut oil (Available in our online store)
  • - 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • - 300 ml water

Hemp seed smoothie preparation

Do all products together in the blender or food processor. Add the water and mix! Healthy, hearty and very very tasty!
