We want to give our customers the best service possible by delivering orders fast, properly and packaged discreetly.

We deliver your order the next day, provided that you order before 20:30 and the country of deliverance is The Netherlands (except on Sundays). And we sell our products for very affordable prices!

It can happen that despite our goods service, you still want to issue a complaint. Read more below about the handling of complaints.

Complaints

It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about our products and services. We would like to help you further and offer you a desired solution. You can mail to: info@voedingssupplementennederland.nl

Our employees of the complaints department will look at the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.After receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us.We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time then we will inform you about this.

If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which we are affiliated.

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage If the complaint is not yet under consideration elsewhere, you are free to complaint through the European Union platform.
