We deliver your order the next day, provided that you order before 20:30 and the country of deliverance is The Netherlands (except on Sundays). And we sell our products for very affordable prices!
It can happen that despite our goods service, you still want to issue a complaint. Read more below about the handling of complaints.
It is ff course possible that something when wrong with your order. So if you have a complaint about our service, we kindly ask you to issue your complaint by email (see address below). You can also issue a complaint by calling us.
After we receive your complaint you will receive a confirmation. We will forward your complaint and in most cases respond within 1 day and at the latest within 14 days of notification. Should it take more time to reply adequately, we will let you know.
In case you are still not satisfied after contacting us with your complaint, you can always contact the department conciliation of our webshop quality brand where (Supplements Europe) is part of. If the mediation effort for any reason this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, than the possibility exists for your to bring the dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
