What is buckwheat?

Buckwheat is just like quinoa a seed of a plant and no grain and is therefore gluten-free. It is processed in the same way in recipes like grain and is therefore very versatile. The taste of buckwheat is slightly nutty and very tasty, and can be used in various dishes like buckwheat pancakes! Buckwheat breakfast ingredients

  1. The next morning. Take the mixture from the refrigerator. The grains have now become a little softer. Pour the mixture in the food processor or blender and add the banana. When you have no food processor or blender, try a hand blender or Palmer with a fork.
  2. Put it in a bowl and finish it off with some tasty, healthy toppings of your choice! For example coconut, quinoa (available in our online store) or just a little extra cinnamon.
